The second part of the system is the accounting software itself. QuickBooks resides on the secure server and both you and BSG have access to the files. You can log-in from any Internet connected computer to access your information at any time.

The accounting portal enables you to upload or download all of your accounting information and data over the Internet. There is no need to fax or file paper copies. You just scan in your accounting documents (invoices, statements, etc.), and it is available for us to use in our secure online platform.

We then process your files and you can access your financial information online from any Internet connected computer. This allows us to work with any client, anywhere in the US.

We have partnered with the leading Virtual Desktop and QuickBooks hosting company in America. They are a QuickBooks Licensed Commercial Host allowing us to offer you rented QuickBooks licenses if desired. Using their secure platform, we are able to offer secure, anytime, anywhere access to your QuickBooks and accounting files. They have managed virus protection and automatic data backups nightly.

Your Virtual Desktop includes QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, including Outlook. You can use the Virtual Desktop as your portable office, accessing e-mail, Word, Excel and QuickBooks from any internet connected computer. Access to the system is obtained securely through Citrix Server.
